The Position

 

 

 

We are seeking a high-energy individual who is looking for a part-time position in the financial services industry. Responsibilities include implementation of the firm’s compliance policies and maintenance of performance databases and composites. Day to day responsibilities will also include interaction with high net worth clients, preparation of client presentations as well as new account opening and client transfer requests.

 

 

 

 

 

Skills and Experience

 

 

 

  • 3-5 years of experience with client service and/or compliance monitoring with a registered investment advisor or trust company. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Advent portfolio software.   B.A./B.S.  or equivalent; coursework in finance is desirable. Self-starter who is adept at problem solving and functioning in multiple roles.  Attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic. Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate on decision-making.
