As an Aggregator Home Office Account Executive you will be responsible for building and retaining business and developing relationships with the largest 15 DC Aggregators. As part of that focus, you will be responsible for distributing DC and Wealth products to your clients. You will also be part of and collaborate with a talented team responsible for handling the day-to-day needs of those DC Advisors and Consultants associated with those Aggregators. You will report to the Head of DC Intermediary which sits in SSGA's Americas Global Institutional Group .

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
Role accountability
- Develop and execute a sales plan with the primary focus of building strong relationships and prospecting for new DC and Wealth business.
- Be the face of SSGA with the Aggregator firms conducting consultative, relationship-building sales calls with senior management and research teams.
- Partner with SSGA SPDR team to take advantage of the DC/Wealth Convergence that is occurring
- Work closely with the DC Strategists and Product Teams
- Report out results quarterly to Senior Leadership Team
