Business Analyst

This position is responsible for performing analysis and reporting, while contributing to recommendations to define, analyze, build & deliver value-added Salesforce CRM solutions. Assists in small to medium projects, which may involve developing solution for problems within the business unit. Helps to resolve problems or issues through methods of trouble shooting, as well as separate analysis. With guidance from leader, recommends changes to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of Salesforce CRM end-user requests, including new user set up, dashboard creation, and report inquiries
• Support regular and adhoc Salesforce CRM data updates - test and deploy effective data driven tools for business processes
• Administer effective data management processes and data governance
• Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/processes, simplification/elimination of redundant activities
• Interact with business partners to analyze and interpret business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent documentation, attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results, and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Administration experience within Financial Services (Asset Management)
• 1+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Analyst experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
