Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Digital Platform Optimization and UX Lead to manage the continuous improvement of user experience and platform optimization processes for the digital platform. You will report to the Global Head of Platform Optimization and Operations. In this role, you will use data and customer insights to enable more effective and efficient digital marketing.

You are an advocate for the digital customer, have experience conducting user research and are able to implement findings to create UX strategy, solution design and deliver projects to enhance marketing processes, user experience and campaign customer journeys.

You are a self-starter who excels at working across multiple teams and has excellent communication, documentation, research, reporting and presentation skills.

You have proven project management and relationship management skills and are able to liaise with project sponsors, partners, external vendors and other divisions within State Street Global Advisors to ensure transparency, collaboration and global consistency in line with the Digital Principles to deliver agreed upon goals.

As the Digital UX and Optimization Lead you will:
  • Manage website design, navigation and taxonomy to ensure alignment with brand and legal accessibility requirements so that customers have an optimal experience on our websites
  • Define & deliver visual design enhancements for the website to engage customers and meet business requirements
  • Solution design and deliver strategic projects to optimize marketing processes, user experience and campaign customer journeys
  • Lead user research projects.
  • Partner with teams who are involved in the optimization and delivery of digital marketing (e.g. Channel Marketing, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Privacy Office, Funds Management, Operations and IT, STT Digital and Transformation, etc.).

  • Cross functional project management leadership and the ability clearly articulate roadmap vision, execute on digital strategy across a diverse, global environment

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years website product management experience familiarity with and interest in investment management topics. Knowledge of financial advisory marketplace a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong, proven product and project management skills, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work on and manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with several internal and external stakeholders (Content, Sales, external vendors and partners)
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn different applications if necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
