Who we are looking for
This position is a Quality Assurance lead position in our Corporate Finance Technical group in Boston. This candidate would be responsible for the test planning, design, and manual/automated test execution of test cases in the Oracle Financial Suite, Oracle Cloud, and EPM suite to support our financial reporting. The position will require close collaboration with our Oracle development teams and business leads.

This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within the Boston, MA area.

What you will be responsible for
As Quality Assurance Lead you will
  • Manages assigned quality assurance projects including resource planning and project planning.
  • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with business and technical communities.
  • Assists QA teams in developing and executing quality assurance test strategies, plans, cases, scripts etc.
  • Reviews and inspects offshore team's work products and provides training and coaching.
  • Prepares test scripts and data sets; configures testing tools and develops complete, automated regression suites.
  • Manage the complete SDLC life cycle with defect root cause analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Experience with defect tracking tool jira and test case management tools like Quality Center (ALM), Rational Quality Manager or Jira-XRAY.
  • Prepares reports, presents information to management.
  • Attention to detail and high quality.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or related background
  • Minimum of 7years of combined education and experience.
  • Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with test automation tools strongly preferred.
  • Test Management Tools (i.e.JIRA)
  • Finance Domain experience
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile Methodology)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a technical team and interface with our business teams
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to manage tasks simultaneously

Additional requirements
Experience with Oracle ERP desirable
Low/No code test automation a plus

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
