At Lazard, we are committed to fostering diversity among our teams. The Lazard Undergraduate Diversity Fellowship for our U.S. Financial Advisory Summer Analyst Program was created to help under-represented groups in financial services consider a career in Investment Banking.
The Fellowship is awarded to a select group of outstanding second year undergraduate students (from a four-year accredited college or university) who have successfully completed the interview process and received a Summer Analyst Investment Banking offer. It provides $5,000 toward the recipient in the spring of their third year, and an additional $5,000 financial reward upon receiving and accepting a full-time position following the Summer Analyst Program.
To Apply: Students must apply online to both the Undergraduate Diversity Fellowship Application as well as the specific Summer Analyst Program(s) for which they would like to be considered.
Candidates must include the following as part of the application for the fellowship: CV/Resume Cover Letter Brief essay that discusses an investment banking transaction or market trend that interests you (up to maximum of 500 words) - please include this with your cover letter This is open to candidates recruiting for all US Financial Advisory 2024 Summer Analyst opportunities.
