This role is to head a global team that manage Portfolio Solutions and Currency Management systems under Global Markets IT.
The systems support multiple asset class trading, reporting, and clearing systems from both a buy-side and a sell-side perspective. The traded asset classes include equities, options, fixed income, futures, and foreign exchange. What you will be responsible for
The role involves managing a global diverse team with resources in Boston (US), India and China.
The role is business facing and the candidate will work directly with various senior stakeholders to define and deliver target state roadmaps, application rationalization, new business functionality on-time and on-budget. Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a financial institution, preferably within Front Office IT, with exposure to the business.
- Proven track record in managing a global team that operates in a Agile environment.
- The ability to face off directly to the senior business stakeholders with experience in successfully delivering large global projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills. The ability to communicate at the right level with all parties involved, including senior management and business owners (who may be based in different locations and time-zones. )
- Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour
- Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.

$175,000 - $287,500 Annual
