At Morgan Stanley, we know that the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths. We foster talent with diverse experiences and backgrounds to build an organization that reflects our standards of integrity and excellence. One way we demonstrate this commitment to diversity is through our Investment Management Career Discovery Day for first- and second-year undergraduate students.
This half-day program provides an opportunity for students early in their academic journey to explore career opportunities in Investment Management. Participants will join us in the Morgan Stanley/Eaton Vance office in Boston to gain insight into our business through a variety of workshops. This event provides opportunities to network with employees representing various groups within the Investment Management division, including Fixed Income, Equity, and Calvert, and speak with our campus recruiting team to learn what it takes to be successful throughout the recruiting season.
The Morgan Stanley Investment Management Career Discovery Day will take place in early November at our Boston office. The event will take place in the afternoon and will last for 3 - 4 hours. Further details on the application process and eligibility criteria below.
