About the Role

Overview
The Corporate Treasury department has an opening for a Treasury Analyst dedicated to supporting the firm's global corporate treasury operations, which includes activities related to bank account management, long-term cash forecasting and analysis, corporate hedging programs (FX, compensation plans, etc.), as well as the firm's seed capital program. The position will report to the Treasury Principal.

Additionally, the Treasury Analyst will have exposure to many aspects of Corporate Treasury including payments, investing, and cash management optimization via the treasury workstation (GTreasury).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing global bank account operations, including opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts across all banking relationships
  • Supporting daily cash management, including initiating and authorizing electronic payments and executing investment transactions in banking and investment platforms
  • Supporting long-term cash forecasting process
  • Supporting corporate hedging programs and executing trades associated with these programs
  • Supporting and administering the firm seed capital program
  • Liaising with banks to resolve global payment issues or adjusting bank account features
  • Assisting with banking platform and treasury workstation user administration and other bank account administration activities
  • Preparing GTreasury cash management reports and other ad hoc hedging reporting
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a strong GPA preferred
  • 0-3 years professional experience
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness and desire to learn
  • Proven organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a challenging fast paced environment
  • Maturity due to confidential nature of responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills, proficient with Excel including basic formula functions, pivot tables, and v-lookups
  • Excellent communication skills, interacting and collaborating with all levels of counterparties both internal and external to the firm
  • Displays intellectual curiosity and the ability to think strategically
  • Interest in capital markets is preferred
  • Experience with Workday, GTreasury, or report writing tools is a plus
