We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst within the Portfolio Implementation Technology team that will aid in cultivating a vision for the modernization effort for the Portfolio Implementation team. As we work towards the vision of the future, this role will be heavily responsible for understanding the workflows and data surrounding the Portfolio Implementation function as a means for enhancing the processes for the future. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be an initiative-taker with the ability to apply business and technical skills to enable investment processes to become more efficient in the future. Strong organizational skills are helpful for this role along with proven communication and relationship-building skills.

• Interact directly with business partners at all levels of the organization to define, analyze, and document requirements, as well as set priorities

• Engage key stakeholders to understand business processes and applications used to facilitate

• Be highly collaborative and a strong consensus builder

• Develop deep expertise of internal systems and related datasets to help with solution design

• Make recommendations that lead to efficiency related opportunities and outcomes

• Act as an escalation point person for support issues that require detailed analysis and management

• Manage project plans, risks, impact, and user experience

• Coordinate efforts across teams consisting of business users, developers, analysts, and testers

• Provide regular status reporting and issue tracking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

• Strong client relationship skills and proven ability to build consensus

• Experience working directly with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs

• Change agent, creative, innovative, and focused on continuous improvements

• Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, or another relational database technology

• Adequate understanding of system design, software development principles, and methodologies

• Intellectual curiosity and interest to learn independently and from peers

• Experience documenting/diagramming workflows, such as Visio
