Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will be working with institutional investors to identify where State Street's Portfolio Solutions agency trading capabilities can add value.

The role will be located in the United States and will span prospective clients across North America. The successful person will also work across the State Street organization to identify opportunities amongst existing and prospective clients.

The person will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy as well as contributing to the continued produce development. The person will oversee new client on-boards interaction with the clients in a client service capacity.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As a Outsourced Trading Sales Manager, Vice President you will
• Be responsible for driving new revenue growth across agency trading solutions, including transition management, exposure management, outsourced trading and currency management capabilities
• Managing key existing client and consultant relationships
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities including product development

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Prior experience (10+years) in a sales position at a trading or investment management organization.
• Excellent understanding of global markets, financial trading instruments, front, middle office and back office functions and technology.
• Proven ability to proactively develop sales leads, operate independently and achieve results whilst working collaboratively within a larger team.
• Obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Strong oral / written communication skills.

Additional requirements
Travel up to 25% will be required
