About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator (RC) plays a critical role within the Campus Recruiting team at Wellington Management. The Campus Recruiting team sits within Global Talent Acquisition and focuses on recruitment of early career talent into the firm through both internship and full-time programs.
This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and helping to execute many of the firm's campus recruiting efforts across all the firm's programs. The RC is the main contact for activity related to recruiting, and will work closely with the campus team, hiring managers, the business line, external vendors, and candidates.

The RC plays a key role in the campus team's mission to attract top tier talent to Wellington, with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate in-person and remote interviews
- Assist with the development and execution of the summer internship and full-time onboarding programs
- Participate in external events to continue to build out the firm's brand on campuses
- Create, collect, and compile candidate feedback and manage interview briefing documents
- Maintain accurate and diligent candidate and search materials in Workday
- Post jobs on internal and external job boards
- Manage the general campus mailbox, directly answering all inquiries related to campus
- Collaborate with campus team on ways to improve programs and initiatives
- Minimum of one years' experience in an administrative, client facing or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Superior organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload independently
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, the individual will be a team player, proactive and results driven
