About the Role

Investment Product and Fund Strategies - Equity is responsible for product development, marketing, investment integrity, and business management for the firm's equity portfolios. This Assistant role supports multiple product coverage teams and the Product Development team. The Assistant provides intense logistical support and material management in order to leverage the team's time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and has the ability to balance multiple timely requests. They are a service-oriented, professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Extensive logistical coordination of internal and external meetings with various attendees
  • Proactive calendar management
  • Organizing international and domestic travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Coordinating and producing presentation materials, reports, market data information, meeting prep packets, etc.
  • Obtaining data information using various applications
  • Diligent telephone coverage with gate-keeping expectations
  • Handling daily mail, file systems, expense reporting, etc.
  • Providing back-up for other department assistant positions
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office. Prior experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools. General comfort in a data-rich environment
  • Detailed, organized, able to prioritize multiple timely requests
  • Proactive, available, and a problem-solver
  • Outstanding service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and a sense of humor
  • Typical working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Flexibility and overtime may be needed based on business levels
  • Standard hybrid schedule includes working remotely 2 days a week
