Who we are looking for
State Street Alpha's Professional Services team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in business project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to create client solutions and execute implementation of the industry's first ever front-to-back client servicing platform.
Why this role is important to us
The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Professional Services Lead you will
- Responsible for a client facing role will be for designing solutions and onboarding transitioning new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform.
- Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture
- Lead creation and delivery of internal and client facing on boarding documents (client proposals, playbooks, resource and governance models, cost and revenue models)
- Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectations with client stakeholders
- Configure platform UX for client-specific workflows
- Manage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over)
- Become a product and platform SME on State Street's front-to-back platform
What we value
- Skills is the support of business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement and POC's.
- Strong analytical mindset and business analysis skills.
- Have expertise in MS Office including MS Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint.
- Previous hands on experience with Charles River Development would be a plus.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5-7 years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data domains.
- Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability a plus (i.e. Bloomberg PORT, CRD, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software, etc.)
- Client engagement and expectation management across project life cycle
