Who we are looking for
The Enterprise Resiliency Office is looking for a Data Analyst with PowerBI reporting and dashboard development experience. This person will be a critical thinker who can understand operational and resiliency data through a business lens and is able to bridge business requirements and needs to our reporting and visuals.
Business analysis capabilities are also required to ensure we know how to use and create meaningful data in our reporting.
Expertise required includes experience in analysis and use of data to illustrate business use cases. Understanding of our business/business requirements and ability to gather information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, process flows, procedures and reporting/visualization design and requirements. Experience with use of PowerBi or similar tool to visualize data and business use cases.

What you will be responsible for
As a data analyst and PowerBi expert in Enterprise Resiliency you will:
  • Understand our data and how to use as business information
  • Define Business Use Cases that meet our stakeholder's needs
  • Collaboration within and across the Enterprise Resiliency team to define business requirements/use cases
  • Understanding how to apply data insights to business use cases and implement relevant reporting
  • Support the Design and Implementation of key datasets and visualizations
  • Aiding in the Administration of the Power Bi service environment
  • Enable our team to make our reporting meaningful to the business
  • Use the data to improve our knowledge of the continuity program and enterprise resiliency
  • Create data visuals in PowerBi that satisfy defined business requirements
  • Ensure knowledge of the data is an integral part of solutioning and design. Work with other data analysts to provide recommendations for the data model and/or solution to make sure it meets guiding principles and ultimate business needs
  • Managing the development and use of SharePoint sites
  • Leadership position that takes accountability for on-going monitoring of project progress and takes appropriate action to ensure work items are delivered on time with high levels of quality

  • Prefer to see examples from past visuals that display understanding on applying data to business context
