Private Equity Investment Associate

Our client is a $1.5 B Connecticut based lower middle market private equity firm, with a successful track record. They invest in the consumer, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries and make control equity investments in small and mid-sized family and management-owned companies . They are looking to bring on an associate to expand their existing portfolio through new platform and add-on acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Review new transactions and develop supporting analyses
• Identify potential investment opportunities
• Attend management presentations
• Develop and manage financial models and analyses for prospective acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Two to three years of investment banking, lending or other relevant financial experience
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier school
• Strong accounting and financial modeling skills
