Lead Analyst, Administration & Planning, Vendor Management

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage Mellon vendor third-party relationships and subscriptions
  • Provide oversight and review of new or renewed/updated contracts
  • Invoicing for vendors the team covers
  • Vendor and service provider oversight/governance in accordance with TPG and Mellon specific policies
  • Own select vendor engagement manager tasks within the firm's vendor risk management process
  • Undertakes projects/engagements of significant impact within the business
  • Independently work on moderately complex vendor relationships related to contracts, budget, business needs, risk-related items, and implementation of processes.
  • Reviews project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers. Makes recommendations to improve processes and reduce/manage costs.
  • Conducts advanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic vendor management initiatives and inform contract negotiation and renewal
  • Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the business or function.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Experience :

4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred; experience in the securities industry is a plus.
