  • The Senior Portfolio Analyst will assist the Wealth Managers with managing our client's Specialty Assets. Analyst work with our internal partners in Private Banking, Service Delivery, Trading and Marketing to meet our client's wealth management needs.
  • The incumbent is responsible for the administration management and maintenance, under limited direction, of an advanced & complex portfolio within a given segment of non-financial assets, i.e., minerals, real estate, and oil & gas.
  • Preferred experience base would include, ongoing asset management and negotiation of asset purchases and sales acting in compliance with internal policy and procedures, Trust Instrument provisions, Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC) Regulations and outside legal and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications
  • The incumbent should have a minimum of 3-5 years of real estate experience including at least 5 years of both sales and property management experience.
  • Additionally, 2 years' experience in a Trust environment preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Advanced course work or professional designation desired.
  • Some travel required
