THE POSITION
The Talent and Reporting Analytics team is seeking a HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst to assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting, assist with responding to client inquiries including requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs), and assisting the team with Talent & Reporting related projects. In addition, this role will support the Talent Reporting & Analytics Manager and Senior Analyst as well as the Talent Technology Solutions team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Respond to report requests using Workday, requiring adhoc and standard reports to be built
  • Provide support to managers and leaders for questions regarding data and provide ad hoc querying support for data analysis by various groups
  • Consider enhancements to Workday in support of reporting needs
  • Manage HR-related responses to external requests for proposals or information (RFP process)
  • Assist in capturing requirements for the development of management reporting and collaborate across teams and business lines transforming data into insights and solutions
  • Regularly review processes for efficiency and recommend improvements
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity
  • Performs other duties as needed in support of the Talent & Reporting Team's and the department's goals
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in asset management or human resources roles particularly with a focus on HR data analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially advanced excel, as well as experience with data analytical tools within Workday and/or Tableau, for example
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and social/EQ skills
  • Foster relationships and engagement across the Workday support team(s) at Wellington and the broader Workday Community
