As a Program Manager and IT Communications Lead you will:
  • Provide oversight and governance on strategic IT projects
  • Help to evolve the communication strategy of the organization with a focus on increasing the overall effectiveness of communicating the value add of IT for the business stakeholders.
  • Work to refine reporting and metrics for the IT organization with a focus on further standardizing management reporting (Town Halls, Working Groups, Steering Committees, etc.) and material responding to Client inquiries.
  • Partner with IT leadership, technical teams, business, and enterprise partners to help guide and champion the strategic priorities/goals of the Organization.

These skills will help you succeed in this role
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with various levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to critically think and translate requirements into actionable initiatives
  • Knowledge of the asset management or investment management industry

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree qualified
  • Financial Services background, including investment or asset management
  • Information technology experience
