What you will be responsible for: The Sr Salesforce User Engagement and Adoption Specialist will play a key role in the strategy and optimization of the user experience enabled through the technology platforms that support MFS' Global Distribution teams. This position will provide the right candidate the opportunity to join a growing team within the organization that's tasked with playing a key role in MFS' technology optimization journey.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technology strategy to support MFS' largest strategic initiatives with a focus on enhancing the user experience and creating efficiencies for users and stakeholders.
  • Manage training focused on Global Distribution technologies (such as Salesforce & Tableau CRM) for new hires during the onboarding process and throughout the user's tenure with MFS as it relates to new features and enhancements.
  • Engages with users to solicit feedback and analyze adoption of our technology applications to ensure continuous improvement, offering new ideas, strategies, and points of view to development teams
  • Work closely with cross-organizational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts and data into training deliverables for stakeholders
  • Conducts technology training associated to multiple personas and play a key role as the point of contact to resolve issues and answer questions and modify training program based on need prioritization
  • Implements and communicates the latest enhancements to our technology applications and mobile applications to enhance the user experience
  • Build strong working relationships across MFS including all areas of Global Distribution, including Distribution leadership team. Works closely with other stakeholders including, Compliance, Global Information Technology , Global Distribution Solutions, and others.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience deploying technology, stakeholder engagement, and experience with CRM systems.
  • A deep understanding of the various selling processes by role for Global Distribution client facing personnel. Familiar with the sales cycle, people involved and flow of information for sales teams across an organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of Global Distribution channel business plans including key opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with business and technology leaders and to implement Global Distribution selling technologies as a competitive advantage for MFS.
  • Demonstrate the art of the possible through forward thinking technologies.
  • Ability to align functional expertise and solutions to meet the changing demands of clients, competitors, and regulators
  • Demonstrated ability to research, assess, design, and implement new solutions or modifications of existing solutions as needed.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Tableau CRM preferred.
