Who we are looking for
An individual to produce responses to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for the State Street Global Markets Sales and Relationship Management teams.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating responses to RFPs
  • Liaising with subject matter experts, sales teams, relationship management teams, legal teams and other State Street divisions to produce RFPs within established deadlines

What you will be responsible for
  • Manage RFPs in accordance with procedures, organising and prioritising tasks and deliverables to ensure that deadlines are met, working with the team to provide support as necessary for all projects
  • Participate in proactive relationship management with key internal stakeholders; actively participate in the RFP content management
  • Understand the RFP management and library functions in the database application and participate in application testing and vendor discussions
  • Participate in continuous improvement/best practices and other special projects
  • During the course of normal day to day operations, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or work experience with a focus in finance or humanities preferred
  • Experience/understanding of GM or capital markets products such as securities lending, transition management, foreign exchange would be beneficial, but is not required
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred
