Lead Writer & Editor

What You'll Do:

• Help source and prioritize novel written work
• Collaborate with Client Advisory and Investment team members to produce written content-fleshing out substance and voicing, writing, and editing drafts
• Manage investment content production, liaising with Design, Compliance, and Distribution teams
• Acquire an understanding of Acadian's business, including its investment philosophy and process, prior content/messaging, and compliance/design processes
• Be viewed as a trusted, approachable, and reliable contact for the firm's investment and client-facing leadership
• Help to shape the voicing and style of the firm's written work

We're Looking For Teammates With:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA / CFA / MA Journalism preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably connected to finance (markets or investing)
• Superior writing and editorial skills
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Highly detail-oriented; strong editing and proofing processes
• Entrepreneurial spirit
