We are looking for someone to add to our team who has 2-8 years' experience post college on the buy-side, sell-side or in investment banking. Ideally, candidates will have spent time focused on the Healthcare or Consumer Discretionary sector. CFA work is a plus.

Candidates will be asked to generate new investment ideas, investigate ideas given to them from Portfolio Managers, and maintain careful coverage of existing holdings within their assigned sector. Thus, candidates should be very comfortable analyzing companies & their industries including modeling financials and cash flows, quickly evaluating market moving events, price targeting based on various valuation metrics/techniques, and speaking with corporate management teams and sell-side analysts. We are seeking analysts that are willing to do deep fundamental work into their industries and companies in order to gain an edge.

Our team is still relatively small which provides for a close working relationship between all members. We are seeking candidates who are hard-working and driven, but recognize the need for teamwork and group goals. Candidates should be willing to learn new investment philosophies, but also bring their own experience to the table.

Scholtz & Company LLC is a long-only investment firm that has been in business for over 25 years. Our clients are generally high net worth individuals that have assets managed in individual accounts. The firm currently has over $350MM in AUM and is growing rapidly. Visit our website (www.scholtzandco.com) for more information.
