Overview:
As a member of SSGAs ESG Investments team, the individual will assist the Head of the ESG Investments team in developing long-term business strategy and managing business operations. They will collaborate across the organization with members of the investments, products, marketing and sales teams and coordinate activities to help with them implementation of the strategy. In addition, they will work with members of the stewardship team to understand our stewardship activities and explore ways to incorporate the insights into ESG investment products and solutions. The individuals will work on client presentations and attend client meetings to help develop and sell our product offerings.

Education
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MA, or MS) or CFA is a plus
- At least 3years of relevant experience in the field of strategy, investment management or sustainable investing is required
- Knowledge of sustainability issues are required
- Strong process, organizational, time and project management skills are necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
