We are looking for a talented Investment Associate to join our team. The Investment Associate will be a critical part of teams that manage multi-asset class client portfolios and research investment opportunities for inclusion in our portfolios. As a rapidly-growing firm, we seek new team members who are dynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Client Portfolio Management: The Investment Associate will form part of a team that serves as an Outsourced Investment Office for clients and will support investment strategy development and portfolio management. The Associate will aid in client review meeting preparation by managing clients’ balance sheets, preparing asset allocation analyses and recommendations, selecting managers for investment and reviewing performance. Client portfolio management requires a strong grasp of complex investment strategies and portfolio theory, strong technical skills and an ability to produce client- ready work on tight deadlines, often while working on several tasks concurrently.
Investment Research: The Investment Associate is involved in all stages of asset manager due diligence and monitoring. The Investment Associate will be responsible for conducting deep qualitative (e.g. understanding strategy, portfolio construction and business structure) and quantitative (e.g. historical performance analysis and risk exposures) managers. The role requires strong Excel modelling skills, the ability to understand complicated investment strategies and professional gravitas.
