Responsibilities:

· Partner with Marketing, Client Service and RFP teams to ensure prompt, accurate performance information for consultant databases, client requests and questionnaires.

·Maintain monthly and ad hoc report production schedule to facilitate deadline-oriented projects and objectives.

·Complete complex quantitative analyses under tight deadlines for internal and external clients.

·Provide consultation to internal clients in formulating appropriate responses to client requests.

·Run and analyze attributions; provide qualitative and quantitative attribution analysis as requested.

·Identify improvements to existing processes to further gain operational efficiency and productivity.

·Partnering with IT, develop the vision and execute on our software and systems strategy to support our growing business.

·Provide detailed specifications and data mapping for complex derivative strategies across multiple platforms.

·Provide quality assurance of output from performance and attribution systems and resolution of issues.

 

Qualifications:

·Bachelors and progress towards graduate degree in finance, math or other analytical discipline and/or CIPM/CFA certification.

·At least 4 years of work experience in performance and attribution area required; Long / Short Equity, and Multi-Asset experience preferred.

·Proficient with SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment preferred; Experience conducting data analysis using languages such as Python and Pandas; Familiarity with agile project methodologies will be helpful.

·Ability to answer queries and requests relating to the GIPS standards.

·Proficient in the use of third-party investment tools such as Bloomberg and BISAM.

·Strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

·Must possess extensive problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

·Must be flexible, able to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

·Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
