The Manager, Product Reporting, within Client Reporting Services (CRS) Americas will be responsible for overseeing product reporting produced out of our Boston office.  Specifically the manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of analysts aligned by asset class who will be responsible for maintaining and producing standard product-related marketing and client materials as well as customized client reporting. The expectation is that this manager will act as player-coach, in addition to direct responsibility for covering a suite of products. The Product Reporting Team broadly will be expected to develop expertise in the approaches they cover and are expected to understand the portfolio's outlook, process, positioning, strategy, and the current market environment. The team will be closely aligned with Investment Products & Strategies and serve as internal subject matter expert to CSG and GRG broadly.

  • Partner with Global Product Reporting Managers, to evaluate the existing product coverage and think strategically about how we expand the model to full coverage across product suites. This will include evaluating reporting needs, required resources, and collaborating with the other CRS teams to optimally allocate work.
  • Partner with Global CRS teams and IT to ensure reporting requirements and practices are supported by the global workflow, processes, and technology
  • Provide oversight to ensure that  best practices, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards are implemented across client reporting materials
  • Contribute to various global/local projects and working groups
  • Partner with Investment Product and Strategies (IPS) and GRG to optimize CRS product, account  and deliverables coverage
  • Serve as a hands-on player-coach, cover specific products, and be able to back up team on deliverables and products
  • Evaluate resource needs across the team and train and develop diverse talent


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Substantial (5+ years) experience in client reporting and/or marketing at an asset management firm. Prior team leader or manager experience is preferred.
  • Deep product expertise in fixed income
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation, change management, creativity, efficiency, and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a changing and collaborative global environment
  • Positive and solutions oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Prior global work experience a plus
  • An MBA and/or CFA preferred
