The incumbent assumes direct investment management responsibility for all assigned accounts/relationships, with the primary objectives of structuring client investment portfolios to meet mutually agreed upon expectations for asset allocation, risk assumption, and investment performance while adhering to all appropriate controls, policies and procedures. The incumbent interfaces with the most sophisticated clients, consultants and investment advisors in the Private Wealth and Institutional Asset Management industries, and therefore, must be conversant/experienced in all major domestic and international asset classes and markets, as engagements and range of management assignments may vary. The incumbent is accorded the maximum range of investment flexibility within Private Wealth Management in order to execute his/her responsibilities to the client, in structuring portfolios and meeting client objectives.

Qualifications
The incumbent is expected to possess the complete educational, professional and communications skill set necessary to identify the clients investment needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs. In addition, he/she must be able to execute PWM's investment and asset allocation process across all asset classes. Bachelor's degree with advanced degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, plus ten years of experience in the investment/fiduciary management industry. Seasoned investment manager with a demonstrated record of achievement of increased investment responsibility with larger, more sensitive client relationships throughout career. Investment/Fiduciary Credentials: CFA, CFP, CPA, CTFA, National Graduate Trust School.
