We have an open position for a Quantitative Portfolio Analyst in Boston, reporting to the Co-Director of Quantitative Investments within our Quantitative Investment Group (QIG). This individual will partner closely with the team to provide critical support in the execution of investment strategies across a diverse set of client accounts with an emphasis on Equities markets.

Primary responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and running weekly or monthly rebalances for each product on a rotation schedule, including associated team review meetings
• Composing and validating trades in PMW and submitting to the trading desk, and managing associated communication with traders
• Trading for new or lost accounts and large cash flows
• Monitoring daily cash flows, margin limits, and futures rolls across accounts and preparing trades to address issues as they arise
• Tracking, analyzing, and responding to corporate action notices across all securities
• Periodic client reporting (monthly or quarterly) across most accounts
• Preparing package of materials for investment reviews of each product on a rotation schedule
• Assisting in the design and testing of new tools and workflow to support new or modified products
• Responding to ad hoc data analysis and other requests internally and from Product Management
• Assuming liaison responsibilities for QIG's Business Continuity and IT (PMW) needs
• Periodically (quarterly) constructing custom universe and benchmarks for certain client accounts

Candidates should have the following skills:
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Experience trading and/or analyzing a broad array of equities products and markets
• Fluent with advanced functions in Excel
• Familiarity with one or more computer programming languages
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and the ability to synthesize and prioritize information
• Demonstrated focus on risk mitigation and a constant desire for process control enhancement
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sound business judgment
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• CFA or progress toward designation will be additive
