About the Speaker

Meredith Coburn

Meredith Coburn is a member of the global investment management, private equity, and real estate practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. She works on assignments for global investment management firms, private equity firms, real estate companies, private credit firms, multi-asset investment firms, family offices, wealth management platforms, and insurance companies. Ms. Coburn has successfully completed searches for CEOs, chief investment officers, sales/distribution professionals and leaders, marketing officers, risk management, and a variety of investment leadership positions across asset classes. She is also a member of the diversity and inclusion practice. Ms. Coburn is based in New York.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2010, Ms. Coburn worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an associate in the priority client services team. She originally joined Merrill Lynch as an analyst on the interest rate and credit derivatives trading desks. Prior to that, she worked within the cooperative development department of the United Nations International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Education & Affiliations
Ms. Coburn received her BS from Cornell University and was a member of the women’s varsity rowing team. She is a member of the management council at the New York Junior League; of the development committee for the New York City nonprofit, Change for Kids; of Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network; and of the NYC Regional Committee for the Buckingham Browne and Nichols School.
