The Junior Portfolio Analysts are responsible for the implementation of portfolio trades as directed by the investment teams. He/she will input trades into the Charles River Development system (CRD) and will work with the surveillance group on any pre-trade compliance alerts. The Junior Portfolio Analysts will track every trade from set up through execution and follow up with investment teams on the progress of all outstanding trades and open orders. Other job duties include cash notification, collateral management . The Junior Portfolio Analyst team will sit with the Traders and will support multiple investment teams providing the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the investment process. The Junior Portfolio Analysts will provide back up support to the Portfolio Analysts.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required. Work toward/possession of advanced degree and/or CFA is desired. Prior experience with fixed-income securities a must. Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills required.
